Activest Founder and CEO Isaac Wakszol recently spoke to InvestmentNews to share his perspective on mergers and acquisitions. Because Activest serves multi-generational families with international ties, Isaac thinks in generational time horizons, a frame he argues is incompatible with acquirers whose private equity backers require exits within a few years.
